Cap. 36 Art. 113Evidence of authority to prosecuteonbehalf of Superintendent.

The sworn statement of any of the officers mentioned in the last preceding article to the effect that he has been deputed by the Superintendent or as the case may be, by the Director of

Agriculture for the purpose therein stated, shall be conclusive evidence of the fact, should the proof thereof be required by the accused.
