In any other case not expressly provided for in the preceding articles of this sub-title, any officer in charge of an immunisation centre, medical practitioner or other person, as the case may be, who shall offend against the provisions of Title III of

Part I of this Ordinance shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine

(ammenda) not exceeding twenty-three euros and twenty-nine cents
