Cap. 321 Art. 16Board may re- issue warrant

The Board may, after the expiration of one year from the date of the revocation or withdrawal of a warrant or special licence, and if the Board so recommends, re-issue a warrant or special licence under the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions as the Board may deem necessary.
