Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya implementing Article III of the Special Agreement and the Judgement of the International Court of Justice, signed on 10th November, 1986 and a copy of which is contained in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby ratified and authority is hereby given for the exchange of the instruments of ratification relative to the said Agreement for the purposes of Article 4 thereof.
