Cap. 31 Art. 43Seizure of noxious substances found on the premises.

(1) If, in the course of an inspection, any substances kept in the dispensary are found to be imperfect, deteriorated or noxious, the inspecting officer shall forthwith seize such substances, and the manager of such dispensary shall be called upon by the Superintendent of Public Health to give an explanation.

(2) If such explanation is not satisfactory, the necessary proceedings shall be instituted for an offence under article 33.
