The provisions of article 30C of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance shall apply to a witness, expert or mutatis mutandis other person in a foreign country who consents, in respect of an offence contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance, to give evidence or to assist as provided in that article following a request for assistance as also provided in the same article.
