Cap. 261 Art. 24Transfer of functions and assets to the Authority.

(1) With effect from the date of entry into force of this article, all rights, obligations, functions and assets previously pertaining to the Director of Social Housing shall, by virtue of this

Act, and without further assurance, be transferred to, and shall vest in the Authority under the same title and authority by which they were held by the Director immediately before that day.

(2) Such transfer shall extend to the whole of such assets,
