Cap. 223 Art. 7Registration of bonds.

(1) The Bank shall cause a register to be kept of all bonds and of the transactions relating thereto and shall cause such entries to be made therein as may be necessary to show the names, addresses and other relevant details of the holders of the bonds registered therein.

(2) Save as may otherwise be prescribed, no person shall be entitled to any bond or to any payment thereunder unless he is the holder thereof.
