For the purposes of the Criminal Code any document issued under or in pursuance of this Act entitling any person to any payment under this Act or to any other document entitling a person to any such payment shall be deemed to be a document upon the presentation of which a payment may be obtained within the meaning of article 167 of the said Code, and the provisions of that Code shall apply accordingly.
