Cap. 218 Art. 11AExemption to foreign air transport undertakings from provisions of this Act.

The provisions of this Act shall not apply to a foreign air transport undertaking which operates a Maltese-registered aircraft through a dry lease agreement provided that the Director is satisfied that during this period of dry lease the foreign air transport undertaking is competent to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft.
