Every corpse or urn containing cremated remains conveyed to the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery for burial without the licence of the Police, shall be placed in the room appointed for the purpose, and shall, unless otherwise ordered by the Police or by a court of justice, be kept under the care of the chaplain or other person employed in the cemetery, until the said licence be obtained.
