The Minister responsible for public health may make regulations respecting the time and manner of conveying corpses to the cemetery, respecting the burial of corpses, and for the good order in such cemetery, provided that nothing in such regulations contained shall be contrary to the provisions contained in this

Ordinance or in the Burials Ordinance.
