Cap. 174 Art. 39Investment of balances.

The Minister may, from time to time, cause any of the balances of the public account or any other account, or any part thereof, to be invested, on behalf of the proper fund or account, for such periods and on such terms as he thinks fit, in the purchase of such securities as he may from time to time declare to be securities in which public moneys may be invested.
