The Minister may during the period of two years to be reckoned from the 27th November, 1968, make such advances, loans or deposits in aid of exports made during the said period under such terms as he may deem appropriate and may, for such purpose and in the manner specified in this Act, utilise moneys aised by Treasury Bills up to an amount at any one time outstanding not exceeding in the aggregate two million, three hundred and twenty-nine thousand and three hundred and seventy-

three euro and forty cents (2,329,373.40).
