Cap. 174 Art. 26Authority for the issue of moneys.

No moneys shall be issued out of the Consolidated Fund, except as provided in the Constitution, nor out of other funds or accounts except for the purpose of such funds or accounts and under such authority as may be applicable to their constitution.
