Cap. 167 Art. 14Names of depositors,etc.,not to be disclosed.

(1) No person, who is appointed to discharge any duty in connection with the Savings Bank, shall disclose the name of a depositor or the amount which may have been withdrawn or deposited by a depositor unless required to do so in accordance with law.

(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction shall be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding one hundred liri.
