Cap. 13 Art. 490Publication of abstract of judgment in Gazette.

(1)The bankruptcy trustee shall, within fourteen (14) days from the judgment declaring bankruptcy, notify the competent authority and the registrar of the said judgment, and cause a notice containing an abstract of the judgment to be published in the Gazette and in one (1) or more newspapers, which notice shall clearly indicate the name, surname and business address of the person or persons appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.

(2) An abstract of the judgment declaring the bankruptcy shall also be enrolled in the Public Registry within fourteen (14) days from the judgment.
