Cap. 13 Art. 439Charges for which insurer is liable.

The insurer shall moreover be liable for all averages and all expenses incurred for the unloading, storage and safe keeping in warehouses, and reshipment of the goods, for any excess of freight, and for any other expense incurred in saving the goods, to the extent of the sum insured.
