Cap. 13 Art. 383Bankruptcy of the insurer or the assured.

(1) If the insurer becomes bankrupt before the termination of the risk, the assured may demand either that security be given or that the contract be rescinded.

(2) The same right shall be competent to the insurer in case of bankruptcy of the assured, if the premium has not been paid to him.
