Cap. 13 Art. 298Freight on goods sold during voyage.

The freight on goods which the master has been compelled to sell in the course of the voyage for refitting the vessel, or for buying sails, ropes, or other apparel, or provisions, shall be payable in full, if the vessel arrives in safety, or in proportion to the voyage performed, if the vessel is wrecked.
