Cap. 13 Art. 29Penalty.

Every notary who fails to comply with the provisions of article 27 shall be liable, on conviction, to a penalty not exceeding twenty-three euro and twenty-nine cents (23.29), at the suit of any interested party, or of the Attorney General, by summons before the

Civil Court, First Hall, or before the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) in its superior commercial jurisdiction, as the case may be.
