Where a bill is drawn in a set consisting of a first, second, third, or other part, and the drawee has accepted more than one part, he is bound to pay all the accepted parts which shall be presented to him at maturity by the different holders thereof, saving his right of recourse against the person who made use of more than one of the parts of the bill.
