Cap. 13 Art. 165Whereacceptorfor honour does not state for whom he intervenes.
Sub-title I
Where the acceptor for honour does not state for whose honour he intervenes, the acceptance shall be deemed to be made for the honour of the drawer, or of the party for whose account the bill is drawn, if the name of such party appears on the bill.
