Cap. 13 Art. 159Order of preference where several persons offer to accept for honour.
Sub-title I
Where several persons offer to accept for honour, the following shall have the preferences:
(a) those who intervene for the drawer or for the party for whose account the bill is drawn;
(b) those who intervene for the endorsers according to the order of the endorsements.
