Cap. 13 Art. 120Council of the Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.

(1) The said Chamber shall each year appoint, in terms of the statute approved by the said Chamber, a committee composed of members of the Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry for regulating its affairs. The persons composing the said committee shall constitute the Council of the Chamber of

Commerce, Enterprise and Industry and their names shall be published in the Government Gazette.

(2) The said Council shall represent the commercial, mercantile and industrial community of Malta.
