Cap. 125 Art. 7Transfer of requisitioned buildings to Director.

Any building which was in the possession or at the disposal of or held by the Minister by virtue of a requisition made in accordance with the provisions of this Act, and in respect of which a tenancy or subtenancy was not created by virtue of article 8, shall be deemed to have been requisitioned by the Director and to be in his possession or at his disposal or held by him, as the case may be.
