The Minister may make regulations in relation to the tax treatment of a foundation, including the application of the provisions of this Act relating to trusts, settlors and beneficiaries of trusts to foundations, their founders and beneficiaries thereunder, as well as to any persons who are donors of property to foundations, and generally for the better application of this Act to foundations.
