Cap. 108 Art. 4Right of witness to travelling expenses.

Witnesses shall be entitled to travelling expenses for going to and returning from the place where they are to give evidence:

Provided that a witness shall not be entitled to other travelling expenses than those actually incurred by him in travelling by the cheapest means of conveyance.
