Auf Grund der §§ 25 und 26 des Erdöl-Bevorratungs- und Meldegesetzes 1982, BGBl. Nr. 546, zuletzt geändert durch das Bundesgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 29/2010 , wird verordnet:
