Title IV of Part II of the Police Act and of the Prisons Act, with respect
Disciplinary penalties shall remain recorded in the officer’s records up to the periods identified in Section 6 of the
Schedule of Offences and Penalties, entitled ‘Timeframe for the retention of disciplinary penalties in personal records’.
