S.L. const.3 чл. 35Forfeiture of pension, etc., after dismissal.   Cap. 93.

Subject to the provisions of article 114 of the Constitution and of any other law, a public officer who is dismissed from the service shall forfeit all rights and claims to a pension, gratuity or other retirement award under the Pensions Ordinance. A public officer who is dismissed shall also forfeit any rights or claims he enjoys in regard to statutory leave at the public expense.
