In all cases concerning the application of articles 95 to 101 of the Code of Police Laws and of any regulations made under article 102, the Council shall include three additional members holding a warrant to practise as architects and civil engineers not employed in the Department of Health, one of whom shall be nominated by the Chamber of Architects.
