(1) The Board shall have a seal of a circular form bearing the figure of a mortar and pestle and interwined serpent enclosed in the inscription "PHARMACOPOLARUM CONSILIUM MELITENSE" followed by the words "ANNO DOMINI" and the year in which the Pharmacy Board was established.

(2) The seal shall be kept in the custody of the Registrar.
