Any person or School that, on the coming into force of these regulations, is in possession of an ELT Permit or licence obtained under the National Minimum Conditions (Schools Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Regulations* before the entry into force of these regulations shall be deemed to be in possession of an ELT Permit or licence with the same rights and obligations in as much as such ELT Permit or licence had been issued in accordance with the provisions and conditions of these regulations and Schedule 1 and shall conform to these regulations as the Council shall from time to time prescribe.
