Any reference in any other law to "Head", meaning the

Head Detention Services" or "Detention Services" or "Detention Service" meaning the Department responsible for Detention Services, shall be read and construed, after the coming into force of this order, as a reference to the "Chief Executive Officer of the Detention Services Agency" and "Detention Services Agency" respectively.
