S.L. 524.1 чл. 15Accounts and audit.

(1) The Authority shall cause to be kept proper books of account and other records in respect of the Authority’s operations and shall cause to be prepared a statement of accounts in respect of each financial year.

(2) The accounts of the Authority shall be audited by an auditor or auditors to be appointed by it and approved by the Minister, after consultation with the Minister responsible for finance.
