S.L. 511.2 чл. 12Duties of the Librarian.

The Librarian shall keep -

(a) a general inventory;

(b) an alphabetical catalogue;

(c) a catalogue arranged by subject; and

(d) a register of the books lent and returned. He shall also keep a catalogue of incomplete works, works missing, duplicates and an index of the works in course of publication.
