Any person who breaches any provision of these regulations shall on conviction, and without prejudice to any other punishment that may be imposed under any other law, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding ten thousand euro (€10,000), or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two (2) years, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
