Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 107(3) and regulation 108(4), where a person contravenes the same provision of these regulations more than once within a period of six (6)

consecutive months, there shall be imposed upon him two penalty points for every ten euro (€10) imposed upon him by order of the court in terms of regulation 107 or the Authority in terms of regulation 108, as the case may be.
