S.L. 464.20 чл. 13Postponement or adjournment.

Where before the date of the hearing of the disciplinary proceedings or at any stage of the hearing either the relevant Council or the health care professional facing disciplinary proceedings informs the Disciplinary Committee that there is a justified reason for the postponement or adjournment of the hearing, the Disciplinary Committee shall discuss the merits of this reason and decide accordingly whether to postpone, adjourn or proceed with the hearing of the case.
