S.L. 464.12 чл. 50Publication of registers.

(1) Each of the registers kept by the Council shall be published every year.

(2) Each of such registers shall show the names and surnames, in alphabetical order of surnames, with the locality, qualifications as existing on the first day of January of the year of publication.
