S.L. 452.127 чл. 16Right to receive reasons in writing for difference in treatment.

It shall be the duty of the employer to provide to the platform worker the reasons for any difference in treatment if he considers that his employer may have treated him in a manner which infringes a right conferred on him by this order, and if he requests such information. The said reasons are to be provided in writing within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the request and shall be admissible as evidence in any proceedings in accordance with this order.
