S.L. 452.127 чл. 14No payment shall be demanded, no deductions shall be made.

(1) No payments or charges shall be demanded or levied through a deduction from wages from any platform worker by his employer in consideration for recruitment by a work agency or any digital labour platform or in consideration for concluding a contract of employment with a work agency or any digital labour platform.

(2) No deduction shall be made from the wages of a platform worker by a work agency or digital labour platform whether in consideration of the circumstances mentioned in sub-article (1) or in consideration of other circumstances, except and in so far as such deductions from wages are permissible under the Act and the regulations made thereunder.
