S.L. 452.126 чл. 14Transition to another form of employment.

(1) A worker with at least six (6) months service with the same employer, who has completed his probationary period, if any, may request his employer a form of employment with more predictable and secure working conditions where available and receive a reasoned written reply.

(2) The employer shall provide the reasoned written reply referred to in sub-regulation (1) within one (1) month of the request:

Provided that with respect to natural persons acting as employers and micro, small, or medium enterprises, the deadline for the provision of the reasoned written reply shall be no more than three

(3) months of the request and an oral reply may be provided to a subsequent similar request submitted by the same worker if the justification for the reply as regards the situation of the worker remains unchanged.
