S.L. 441.7 чл. 21Non-payment of licences.

No licensee shall carry on any trading activity from any place or elsewhere unless the licence fee payable annually or for any period as specified has been paid. Any licensee who contravenes the provisions of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
