S.L. 437.58 чл. 31General provisions.

The Council, acting on a proposal from the Commission, shall amend Directive 85/73/EEC in order to provide for the charging of a fee to cover monitoring carried out pursuant to these rules.

Pending that decision by the Council, Malta shall be authorized to charge national fees to cover the actual costs of such monitoring.
