The retail supply of veterinary medicinal products shall be conducted only from or through licensed veterinary pharmacies in the territory of Malta, licensed veterinary establishments, the establishments provided for in regulation 18(2) and by veterinary surgeons in relation to animals under their care, in the course of their professional visits or visits by clients.
