S.L. 433.13 чл. 13Marketing of plant material.

(1) Vegetable propagation and planting material may be marketed only by accredited suppliers and provided they meet the requirements laid down in the schedule referred to in regulation 7.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of the Act, subregulation (1) shall not apply to vegetable propagation and planting material intended for any of the following:

(a) trials or scientific purposes;

(b) selection work; or

(c) measures aimed at preserving genetic diversity.

(3) Detailed rules for the application of paragraphs (a), (b) and

(c) shall be adopted as necessary.
