S.L. 427.37 чл. 24AApplication of emergency procedures.

(1) The TRD shall ensure that measures taken in accordance with regulations 24B to 24E apply only during the activation of the internal market emergency mode in accordance with Article 28 of

Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 and by means of an implementing act in accordance with Article 18(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 with respect to lifts and safety components for lifts covered by these regulations. The emergency procedures relevant to Union product legislation may be activated as regards those crisis-relevant goods as defined by these regulations.

(2) The TRD shall ensure that measures taken in accordance with regulations 24B to 24E apply only to lifts and safety components for lifts which have been designated as crisis-relevant goods in accordance with Article 18(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/2747.

(3) The TRD shall ensure that measures taken in accordance with regulations 24B to 24E apply only during the internal market emergency mode that has been activated in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2024/2747: Provided that regulation 24C(6) shall apply during the internal market emergency mode and after its expiry or deactivation.
