The Enforcement of Sea Fishing Conventions Order and the Point System for Serious Infringements Order are hereby repealed:

Provided that the provisions of the Enforcement of Sea

Fishing Conventions Order and the Point System for Serious Infringements Order shall remain applicable for offences and infringements committed before the coming into force of these regulations, without prejudice to any instances in which an offence would be subject to more favourable sanctioning according to the Enforcement of Sea Fishing Conventions Order.
